Sales Specialist (B2B / Industrial)

Focused on B2B sales, negotiation, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to collections

Education
Bachelor’s degree (Management, Business, Sales Engineering, or related fields)
Experience
Minimum 4 years in a similar role (B2B sales)
English Proficiency
Good level (~70%) for email communication and reading documents
Software Skills
Hands-on CRM experience (customers/leads/orders) and preferably familiarity with ERP

  • Negotiate with customers to close deals and contracts
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → delivery → collections
  • Analyze invoices, monitor customer accounts, and manage credit/limits
  • Accurately record customers and orders in CRM and coordinate with ERP
  • Track requests from registration to shipment, delivery, and settlement
  • Maintain professional customer behavior and communication standards

Quality Control Specialist (QC)

Focused on quality control, nonconformity analysis, statistical monitoring, and continuous improvement in manufacturing

Full-time On-site Sat–Wed, 08:00–17:30 Thursdays if needed: overtime

Education
Associate degree or higher (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
English Proficiency
Intermediate (~50%) for reading documents and workplace communication
Software Skills
Experience with ERP and related workflow registration/follow-up

  • Evaluate nonconformities and follow corrective/preventive actions
  • Strong understanding of QC fundamentals and quality improvement methods
  • Proficient in drawing reading, GD&T, and dimensional inspection
  • Good knowledge of calibration principles and general measurement
  • Statistical quality control, familiarity with 7 QC tools and SPC
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and close coordination with production
  • Working knowledge of materials science for defect analysis

Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)

Responsible for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of equipment and utilities, focused on mechanical systems and industrial electrical

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency maintenance (EM) according to plans and procedures
  • Identify company machines/utilities and understand mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and their operation

  • Maintain and repair chillers, AHUs, boiler room systems, water treatment and related equipment
